The New Motorola TETRA Radio
The MXP600 model is the latest TETRA radio from Motorola Solutions. With the needs of front-line users in mind, the MXP600 is a TETRA model designed to be user-friendly, lightweight and rugged.
The audio system has been improved and is prepared to communicate or receive communications in noisy environments. Its coverage has been further enhanced by increased transmission power, achieving greater ranges in better audio conditions. In addition, battery capacity and robustness have been improved.
New features for scalability
Future-proof features have also been introduced. Technologies such as Bluetooth 5.0 and Near-Field Communication (NFC) enable secure integration of these devices with other equipment and networks.
It is compatible with the M-RadioControl application to control the radio via a smartphone, via Bluetooth. Besides basic commands, it allows to search talkgroups, send status updates, send SDS messages, among others, without direct interaction with the device.
